Returning a Piece

We hope every Balfour Cairns piece earns its place. Should something not be quite right, eligible online purchases may be returned within [14] days of receipt.

Pieces must be returned unused, in perfect saleable condition and with all original presentation materials, including any tags, dust bags, boxes, certificates and protective packaging.

We ask that you contact the House before returning an item so that we can arrange the appropriate next steps.

Personalised & Coachbuilt Pieces

Pieces created or altered specifically for an individual cannot ordinarily be returned or exchanged.

This includes personalised, monogrammed, Coachbuilt and other commissioned pieces, except where an item is faulty or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be made to the original method of payment within five working days.

Original and return delivery costs will be treated in accordance with the applicable consumer regulations and our Terms of Sale.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
