Balfour Cairns was founded in Scotland's capital, which continues to shape the character, philosophy and visual language of the House.

Today, the House also has a commercial hub in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, reflecting our longstanding ties to the Middle East and an outlook that has always extended well beyond Scotland.

Edinburgh is where the House began. Dubai is part of where it is going. Other places will, in time, become part of the story.

Balfour Cairns was founded in Edinburgh by Ewan Cairns and Brett Ford, united by an ambition to build a global luxury House with a distinctly Scottish character.

They were later joined as a partner by Nathan Jones, bringing a life shaped by service, adventure and experience in some of the world's less familiar places.

Together, they bring the worlds of brand, design and experience to the House.
